Home Interior Design

We are a full-service Residential Interior Design firm providing clients with a full design plan, presentation, product research, ordering of furnishings, scheduling of deliveries and completing finishing touches with foliage, artwork and accessories. Depending on client priorities, timeline and budget, design may be phased into one room or several rooms at one time. 

Office Interior Design

The many commercial projects our firm has designed and installed are mostly main entrances / lobbies, corporate and private offices, and common spaces. As interior designers with training and experience in contract design, we can confidently tackle on any commercial project providing a full design package with a complete set of drawings including finish specifications, RCP or lighting plan, space plan and furnishings specifications. We have great resources for all specs and furnishings and besides design, provide professional services in buying, receiving, inspection, delivery and installation. For our work in the commercial design category we have won several local and national awards for our interior design work.


Real Estate Staging and Consulting

With extensive experience in Model Home Merchandising we are also work closely with new home builders, realtors and private clients with both staging and staging consulting. For model home projects we become involved during the planning stage most often when the architectural drawings are complete. Once the individual floor plan themes are determined, we begin the design process based on direction from the builder, buyer profiles and current trends. A complete design package is provided to the builder including a complete set of drawings with space planning, all finish specifications including flooring, wall treatments, lighting, etc. We complete the merchandising with furniture, window treatments, artwork and accessories.  

When staging with new home builders, a full-stage installation has been the norm when the builder prefers a scaled back version of Model Home Merchandising. 
Once the project design is complete we install furniture, area rugs, artwork, accessories and foliage and work with the builders on a rental basis.  

When requested by realtors to complete a staging consult, we walk the project with the realtor and or the home owner and provide recommendations for editing, adding or removing furnishings, art and accessories with the goal of leaving cleaner, clutter-free and well appointed spaces. The ultimate goal is reached when the home is sold for "top dollar."
