On a beautiful tree-filled lot in Saratoga, CA, we designed and installed a fully-staged model home. At the client’s request we furnished and accessorized the home to reflect the high-end buyer profile with:
- A dramatic entry parlor - with fine furnishings, colorful art and accessories
- A full coffee service vignette in the kitchen
- Personalized secondary bedrooms
- Outdoor furniture
As with all of our projects, we design based on client direction, buyer profile, optimum space planning, functionality and current design trends. Here our goal was achieved by helping the sales team get “top dollar.
